Hi everyone, we are Christelle & Chan, we moved from France in 2017, 6 years ago ! We decided to move from Europe because we wanted to change or life mode, stressful life and we also wanted to offer something different to our 2 beautiful girls, Anaïs & Lucie. When we visited first time Costa Rica we knew that’s it will be our future…

So we arrived and we made one of our dream come true, we built a B&B in playa Potrero. We fell in love of Potrero, his communities, locals etc… So it was for us a very big but pationate challenge ! We liked our job and we met a lot of different people from all over the world. It was so rewarding. But then Covid came and we decided to sell our baby to move forward and start new projects.

It was a very interesting and resting time for us and then we finally decided to start into the real estate market.

we worked for almost 2 years for a big agency, we learned a lot, we progressed a lot, and C and C Realty came for us as an evidence.
