PAYMENT PLAN:

– $15,000 USD reservation deposit

– $200,000 USD for titled land transferred to your name

– 40% of the remaining balance to start the construction of your house once permits are approved.

– 40% of the remaining balance once the halfway mark has been reached on construction. (*the halfway point, meaning the house has reached a stage where the roof is on, the windows are in, and the house is weatherproof.)

– On final inspection and completion of the home, the remaining 20% will be required.

*Your $15000 USD deposit is fully refundable. It will be placed in a secure escrow account that can only be accessed once Avemoana has received all government and local municipality consents and approvals.
